We’re Moving… to Bodo Park!
Just like the tenants we work with, we too are moving! Don’t worry, as we will still be in Durango, so there should be minimal impact in meeting the needs of both those who entrust us with their properties and homeowner associations, as well as those who choose to rent with The Property Manager. The new location is just a couple of miles from our current one, so we’ll still be local. Our hours will remain the same, with someone available to meet any needs that should arise during business hours, which are Monday thru Friday, 9:00 am – 12:00 pm, then from 1:30 pm – 4:00 pm, apart from being closed Friday, June 22 and for the 4th of July holiday. We need Friday, June 22nd, to actually move everything in our office.
Our new physical location is within Bodo Park, effective Monday, June 25, 2018. The new address will be:

Our dedication to providing homeowners with the peace of mind that comes with working with over three decades of experience will remain the same, as will our commitment to tending to the regular maintenance and emergency maintenance requests that our tenants may experience while renting with us.
